Örgü kumaşların kenar kesme işleminde, ram üzerine monte
edilmiş sabit klasik kesme sistemleri bazen yetersiz kalmaktadır. Bu
konudaki açığı gidermek için, ACC , EASY-CUTT kesme sistemini
geliştirmiştir. EASTCUTT® kesme kafaları hareketli bir bir kızak
üzerine monte edilmiştir ve özellikle kenarlarda aşırı derecede bolluk
olduğu durumlarda veya beslemenin % 35’i aştığı durumlarda çok iyi
sonuçlar vermektedir.
Kumaş iğnelerden çıktıktan sonra kesme işlemi gerçekleştiği
için, kumaşın en kontrolü, sabit sistemlerdeki kadar hassas değildir
fakat bunun yanında sistem çalışma şartlarına çok az duyarlıdır (
çalışma hızı, iğne kaçığı, besleme gibi). Bıçaklar çok düşük hızlarda
döndüğünden dolayı kesme işlemi çok düşük ısılarda gerçekleşir ve
bıçak ömrü sabit sistemlere oranla çok uzundur. İğne kaçığı durumunda
ise, kaçık bittikten sonra kumaş kolaylıkla tekrar bıçaklar arasına
girer ve işlem devam eder. Kumaştan çok ince bir kısım kesildiği için
(fire), verim ve karlılık EASTCUTT® kullanan firmalarda son derece
yüksektir. |

Shear Cut Out-of-stenter mounted Edge Cutting System |
In the edge trimming process of knit fabrics , sometimes the
conventional methods where the trimming system is mounted on the
stenter are not sufficient. To compensate for this insuffiency, ACC
has developed the out-of-stenter mounted EASTCUTT® system. Especially
in applications where there is excess slack in the fabric edges or
where there is overfeed above 35 % , the EASTCUTT® system is ideal.
Although the fabric control is not as precise as on the
stenter-mounted systems, this system is much less sensitive to
operating conditions. Due to the relatively low speed of cutting, the
blade life is relatively long and the cutting temperature is
relatively low. The fabric re-enters the cutting area very easily
after a missing pin. The width of the trimmed strip is very thin which
results directly in more profit for the company using the
EASTCUTT®
